The Countercultures Market was Disruptve's summer market featuring 15 local artists. Rooted in the idea that Desi culture has long shaped countercultural movements, the market carried that spirit forward by creating a counter-space where Desi artists, designers, and makers sell their work directly to their communities, bypassing the global supply chain and pay-to-participate models that often extract value from creative labor.
