Sophie Collinet is a Curatorial Consultant with Disruptve. Originally from France, she is now based in New York City, where she graduated with an MA in Arts Administration from Columbia University. She previously earned a BSc in International Business from Bayes Business School in London in 2022.

Sophie is particularly passionate about merging her interests in entrepreneurship and the arts to develop tools that elevate emerging artists and help them gain recognition. She has participated in several entrepreneurship challenges, pitching ideas rooted in her creative vision. As a mentee at the Columbia Startup Lab, she received support for a startup currently in its ideation phase, developed from her thesis research.

During college, she founded and led her university's art society. After graduating, she worked as a sales and gallery assistant at three different galleries in London. Most recently, she organized and curated her first group exhibition in December 2024, showcasing the work of 21 visual and sound artists in the East Village, NYC.
