Rohit Vaidyula is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Disruptve. His work sits between creative practice and social justice, using media as a tool for collective expression. Raised in India through his early teenage years, those formative experiences continue to shape how he understands belonging and representation across borders.

Trained as a computer scientist, Rohit approaches media as a cultural form rather than a technocratic infrastructure. At Disruptve, he draws on this background to shape public programming and the creative lab through immersive storytelling and participatory media work.

Across his work, Rohit is interested in how diasporic communities reclaim digital and artistic spaces to assert narrative agency within public life.
