Rohit Vaidyula is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Disruptve, where he works at the intersection of creative technology and social justice. Having grown up in India until his teenage years, he brings those formative experiences into how he thinks about community, media, and representation today.

Trained as a computer scientist, his work engages civic justice and technology, supporting Disruptve’s public programming and creative lab through the development of novel visual storytelling and experiential spaces. Alongside Disruptve, he founded VyomTech, a consulting firm that helps organizations approach emerging social technologies with thoughtfulness and care.

Across his practice, Rohit is interested in how South Asian diasporic communities use digital spaces to shape their own narratives in public life.
