Rohit Dinesh is a Production Strategist with Disruptve, where he brings a creative and organizational perspective to the studio’s public programming and lab initiatives. Trained in information systems and grounded in participatory design, his work focuses on how creative process can support social equity through the arts.
His recent projects include Garbedge, a design intervention addressing recycling contamination that was named a finalist at the 2025 Environmental Innovation Challenge. He has also contributed to community health and infrastructure projects in India, collaborating with local organizations to develop inclusive, culturally rooted design solutions.
Rooted in a South Indian upbringing and now based in Seattle, Rohit brings a diasporic lens to his practice. Through Disruptve Studio, he contributes to the studio’s exhibitions and workshops, bringing his design sensibility into how stories, spaces, and publics are imagined.
