Benjamin Ojode

Studio Producer

Ben Ojode is the Studio Producer at Disruptve, where he helps manage media projects that center justice, identity, and lived experience. With roots in Kenya and a background in audio engineering, Ben brings a deep understanding of sound, culture, and community to his storytelling.

By day, he’s an Enterprise Architect at Adobe in New York, designing systems with people at the center. That same focus on usability and connection informs his work at Disruptve, where media becomes a tool not just for storytelling, but for organizing and action. Before moving into tech, Ben worked in the music industry, crafting soundscapes grounded in emotion and storytelling. His sense of rhythm and tone continues to shape Disruptve’s exhibitions and digital work.

Beyond his creative and technical work, Ben is deeply committed to social impact. He has been involved in community-led projects in Kenya, Rwanda, and U.S. inner cities—mentoring youth, building community resillience, and using technology and education as tools for empowerment. At the heart of his work is a belief in listening first and building with care—whether that’s in a studio, a neighborhood, or a digital space.
